Kayleigh went to bat for me and Bulgari Co. covered replacement free of charge, thank goodness. Then this summer I wasn't going to take them whilst camping due to their delicate but gorgeous frame but decided to and broke an arm off when I placed them on top of my car seat. I was heartbroken but Kayleigh AGAIN went to bat for me having them fixed in-store. I am a low-income senior so what a relief. Like surgery, I found caring is so important after sale and Consumer's Optical is outstanding in my experience in sales, staff, and after-care. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The doctors here really are warm, friendly discreet and respectful. The front end staff is also friendly and they are accomodating. This is such a busy office and they do the best they can to get you in. This is my one beef with this office and that is the fact that they are soooo busy. If you need to get in to see your ASAP, making an appointment for later in the day or even the day after is next to impossible and you have to go as a walk-in. I have to admit this is disappointing, but you have to keep in mind that at this moment, Sylvan does not have an urgent care facility. So the doctor's offices in town take on that volume. I do think that that extra workload can make quality care difficult and thus this office is aggressively advocating the urgent care unit. With the population growth in the last few years, our community sorely needs it! If you really do need care after hours and can't make it into Red Deer, doctors are available on call. I did have to utilize this once and the doctor was kind, attentive and did not feel put out for the visit. Mind you, I did need it! I would recommend this office if you are looking for a family doctor. However, as mentioned before, due to the population of Sylvan, be aware that scheduling is difficult, but do keep in mind that the demand is out of their hands.

The only thing I always wished was that the massage of my legs and feet lasted longer. I had my first pedicure at Safari today and was very pleased. But what won me over was the lengthy wonderful massage. I even asked if this was a common practice or if she was possibly done earlier then expected and had extra time to fill and she said no this is how all pedicures are done that they all allot that much time for the massage! Plus they offer a quick but wonderful hand massage at the very end.....I definitely will be going back :)
