Currently a barber shop (upstairs), salon/spa, smoothie bar and clothing boutiques. Bikini company moving over soon. They need to advertise better. In the past the only reason to come to the plaza was the upscale La Crepe En Haut Restaurant. When it closed an Italian restaurant went in but did not last. I hope the new group of tenants do well but they need better signage. No one going by will know what it there.

This worked well for us because we didn't have to battle with finding a decent parking space or waiting in long lines. The place is popular and people talk about it. It has souvenir stores, restaurants, candy stores, an ice cream shop, and other stores. It is colorful and clean inside. The entrance has a huge sign so it is easy to spot. This shopping center has a parking garage. What is convenient and great about parking is that is right across from the shops. The garage connects to the building with a walking bridge. The bridge was clean and colorful. A good place to take pictures. . . . I saw towards the back of the shops a bandshell. A nice area with chairs. I don't know if it's part of the shops but I just wanted to mention that if you keep walking towards the back there are more things to see.

The Publix and Mr. Petman Superstore are the two primary reasons that I am in this shopping plaza. This particular shopping plaza has definitely seen better days and needs a lot of better stores. Sunshine Park Mall is on Ridgewood Avenue, so it is extremely convenient and there is plenty of parking. With the lack of great shopping, I would definitely recommend shopping elsewhere if you want to do some window shopping, but if you are heading here for a particular business, you should have no issues. I was between giving Sunshine Park Mall two stars or three stars. I opted to give it three stars.

My only previous visit to this aging mostly vacant mall was for an indoor flea market (don't know if this is a reoccurring event or just a one time show) but that was a few years ago and this property seemed to be in decline at that time, but not nearly to this extent. After attempting to have breakfast we decided to walk around this mall to take our mind off the awful food we just walked away from, this place is more depressing and disappointing than the breakfast attempt. It was mid day and I saw two people in the entirety of this mall and they could have been owners of the empty stores. I don't see a need to return.....
