Unfortunately there's not a ton of actual pokemon in the area (at least not the cool ones) but there is an Eevee in the large lawn area of the park but besides that it's just the usual Pidgey, Weedle, Caterpie, and Rattatas that you find all over these parts. The park is nice and has something for super small kids to tweens. It might actually even be a great place to train since they have some bars and you can do some baby hill training. Would also be a great place for a mini festival, family reunion, or picnic venue.

Has all kinds of athletic facilities and structures good for casual joggers and athletic leagues. There's a few other features like the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial. Certainly this doesn't seem like the kind of place that would have a golf course. In fact it actually does. This takes up an entire side of the park. Other athletic fields include a few baseball diamonds. There's also a running track. Kids can find lots of safe activities to participate in. There's also a pretty strong police presence with a precinct on the north side. It's pretty safe compared to the rest of the area. This used to not be such a place to come to but it's gotten a lot better than it used to be for sure. Highlights include the athletic facilities. It also has a Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial. This acknowledges the time he spent in Chicago and his work getting affordable housing for minorities and other civil rights he participated in those years.

Why was I in Naperville?…read more We wanted to check out the courts, which use Sportcourt surfaces, and one of the courts uses the latest most up-to-date surface. It was a pretty wet and windy day, so it was hard to get a game going. There was one couple hitting tennis balls but we went to to the other courts and they left shortly after. We were disappointed in the surface for pickleball. There wasn't much bounce and the surface seemed to absorb much of the bounce. We were packing it up but then we went over to try the other courts. This had the updated surfaces. The balls bounced higher and it was almost like playing on a cement court. Almost. (The sport courts have concrete underneath). We had been considering adding a pickleball court to our backyard but the jury is still out. Some more research (cement vs sportcourt) is needed. If you live in this neighborhood, hope you get out and use the courts. They're in pretty good condition and the one court has the most uptodate surface.

They need different size packages to accommodate more people. The kids did enjoy the inflatables but there needs to be worker supervision on the floor. Overall, we won't be having a party here again and wouldn't recommend.

My guests left hungry and I missed half the party dealing with issues. I will not be going back and I DO NOT suggest having a party there.
