From the moment we walked through the door we noted how clean and professional and calming and welcoming the space was. We were given a private, comfortable room while we waited. Dr Kelly was extremely thorough in describing the procedure, taking the time to answer all of our questions in a compassionate and truly patient-centered way. He was clearly passionate about the work and incredibly knowledgeable. We were treated with respect and he was open and honest about his recommendations and projected outcomes. The technicians were also caring and went the extra mile to make Daphne (and us) feel comfortable. I received a call with updates from the doctor himself as soon as the surgery was completed, and then another extensive conversation when we returned to pick her up to ensure we understood everything with her discharge and what to expect in the coming days and months. It was clear Dr Kelly and his team are the best of the best when it comes to this type of ortho procedure and we would 10/10 recommend Stonecliff to anyone needing this type of care. We travelled 2.5 hours to get there and it was well worth the trip to know she was in good hands and to reduce the fears we had going into it. We hope to never have to go back but are so thankful to have received the care we did when we needed it!

Someone came out to talk with us. She went back to check on a room. When she came back to take Lily, she was calm and efficient. Lilt went into the exam room and came back in a short time. No Quills! They drove her down to Concord to a real emergency vet who kept her for two nights as she had hemorrhagic gastroenteritis plus pancreatitis. She has come home and is doing well. I reluctantly left my dog there but was shaking with anger about this interaction. When I picked up my dog from Clean Paws Morgan couldn't have been nicer to me.
