The best thing is that it's a small office with one on one focus with true professionals. What a perfect location with the nicest staff.. When you walk in the door, Gail happily greets you and helps with any paperwork and scheduling. Then the main PT person is Julie. She is knowledgeable, gentle but firm and puts together a plan for you. The have the latest machines and the area is super clean. I had total knee replacement and did pre PT two weeks before surgery and then started PT there on day 3 after. The sessions last 45 minutes and includes bike or machine to get warmed up. I did three times a week initially and then went to twice a week. The exercises at the office and home were so helpful in my recovery. They also have Larry who is super nice and Erin who just joined the group. All are very friendly and work with you to improve muscle and range of motion.

I can't imagine my life without their care and concern. They were able to help men when western medicine had reached its limits in many aspects of my care. I would say, one of the most poignant moments of my care management was when Dr. Paterson cured me of debilitating low back pain, of which I suffered from for over 15 years. The pain ended my modern dance career due to a car accident. I literally would go completely blind and experience shock like sensations up and down my legs from the compression in my spine. I used to crawl from the bathroom to the bedroom after work, and I couldn't even bend over the sink to brush my teeth without my knees buckling to the floor. Western doctors gave me pain killers, MRIs, radiation, and shots in my spine to no avail, other than a case of gastritis from long term use of NSAIDS for the pain. Dr. Paterson diagnosed me in the first visit with a psoaz muscle spasm in my right hip, due to the car accident. After suffering from years of debilitating pain, he cured me in less than two visits! He used a technique called manual therapy in conjunction with acupuncture and I have hardly suffered since. I think I had two more minor episodes over the next two years, which Dr. Paterson addressed. Since then, I have not exhibited those symptoms, at all, unless I do something unusual. It is good to try to book appointments at least a couple of weeks out, but if you need to make a change, they will do their absolute best to accommodate you. Hours are good too! There were many times I tried other chiropractors. I would commit to treatment only to feel let down, never quite pain free. I was learning to accept a constant level of discomfort. She looked from a few feet away and after I told her how it started, she backed away and said "That's definitely shingles!" Shingles, Doc, not leprosy. Today I called ClearChoise MD because I am in a lot of unexpected pain. They say, in order for the doctor presently on duty to prescribe anything, I'd need to come back in for him to examine me. I don't have another $160 when all my info from yesterday's exam is on file. Receptionist then tells me they don't prescribe narcotics, "so I don't know what you expect him to do for you". Unbelievable. If you cannot treat a person for what they go in for, then why would you take $160 from them knowing this. And in the type of care they offer it does say they treat any skin rash. In my opinion, treatment means helping the person get better for the illness at hand, not just sending one prescription out, not asking any questions about Pain or give advice on pain management. Clear Choise my ass. I am hoping to hear from the provider who is in today, to see how this continues.

I have been in the medical field from 1979 until my retirement. This is one of the most efficient and well-run facilities I have found in a very long time. Jennifer Tichich and Dr. Wojcik are excellent Providers. If someone is getting less than quality treatment, they need to remember that things have changed. A patient has to actively participate in their healthcare. Ask questions, communicate, comply and follow up. I have also found 99% of the staff to be top quality. Our community is fortunate to have them.
