I'm in severe pain my primary care physician sends me for an MRI miffed as to why they sent me home not ambulatory Real bad medicine Sarah physician's assistant. You missed something that was so important. It could have caused irreversible damage. That facility needs to sharpen up their teaching skills and what to look for I'm lucky this time. The quality of care was unacceptable. I do not recommend this facility unless it's the closest one and you are in an absolute life or death situation.

I happened to be visiting for the week, and it was very frustrating for me that every office he was referred to did not have any appointments for two months. I spoke to his chiropractor, who is a family friend, and he stressed the fact that waiting two months was not acceptable. My father is hard of hearing, and not really savvy on social media. Since YELP is my go to for everything, I decided to research other offices and see if I could find him an appointment much sooner. Being in the dental industry, it is very important for me to read credentials and reviews from patients. I was very impressed with Dr. Scopelliti's back ground, so with fingers crossed, I made the call. Ladies and gentlemen, I felt like I was reaching out to an old friend. Debbie was so kind and understanding! Having an aging parent can be very challenging, but she was very patient as my dad chimed in his two cents from the background. She was able to get my father an appointment in four days. We chatted for a bit about what it is like to be a patient provider. She told me about the doctor, and the one on one experience he provides. I sent her dad's insurance information, and she was kind enough to reach out within the hour to explain about his patient portion. I was really looking forward to meeting the team, but circumstances came up and I sent my mom. I wanted her to be able to understand what the Dr. was diagnosing, and due to HIPPA regulations, I wanted her to be able to have future discussions if need be. When they came home, Dad gave rave reviews about Dr. S. He treated him for a full hour, had strict Covid guidelines, and dad had a better understanding about what was happening to his body. I am so very thankful for these people. In this time of uncertainty, you think the worst outcome possible. Dad was convinced he had one foot in the grave, and was discussing his burial wishes. I told him only the good die young, and he has plenty of years left! We have a little work to do to get him on the mend, but thanks to Dr. S and his extremely thorough exam....there will be many more visits with my family. I…read morehad a surgery scheduled for over two months and her rude office called the day before to cancel bc a family member was having surgery a day before me. That's unfortunate, however as a patient that is not my problem nor should it be. She was free the day of my procedure. They did not give me any other options and hung up on me. I will be reporting this. Doctors must have back ups and it is unprofessional and I was basically just pushed aside and was told oh well tough luck. I will not be going back to her. Caution: unreliable and stay clear. No matter how good a doctor is, if they cannot be there for patients and have proper medical procedures for emergencies then they're not worth it. Now I will have to reschedule her part of the surgery and get put under again and miss more work and pay another $200 same day surgery co pay ( she will be receiving the bill!) I have never seen such horrible practices.

Now my daughter who is in middle school, has been in and out of major children's hospitals for two months with severe abdominal pain. Turns out she has ONE cf gene, and Dr ZANni is now taking care if her. We are so lucky!

He doesn't even acknowledge the patient in the room with him...he just ask a bunch of questions and that's it. That's his way of trying to diagnose people. He doesn't take any time out for the patient...in my opinion I think he's a little too old.. time to retire not to mention the office looks like it's dated from the 60s. But that's besides the point I wanted to give the doctor a chance but boy was I wrong I think it's time he retires his whole business. I highly would not recommend ever seeing this doctor.

My 3 year old has autism, I read Dr. R was the best and although I can't hardly afford to breathe in NJ, I paid out of pocket a lot of money I didn't have because I wanted my son to see the best. I was a waitress that paid in cash, in full on the day of my son's initial assessment. $350 dollars, paid the very same day. Our first appt was Nov 2022 & his staff I began calling in March 2023 asking for a letter of diagnosis for family court, I called several times a week, emailed, showed up. They failed to have this letter confirming my son's diagnosis ready by June 6,2023 for court. Which has done so much harm. I was told by his staff everyday, "we promise by the end of the day" - nope. I then recently in January made an appointment for March, because my son needed a follow up regarding blood results the Dr. took that showed there was copious amounts of copper in my son's blood. I've now called and called & emailed over and over again asking that they provide me with an rx for the blood panel that needs to be done so that I can take my 3 year old to labcorp to draw blood to find out where his copper levels are, which this process takes 2-3 days because you can't take that much blood during one session with a child. I've called 18 times, as of today I sent 10 emails I get told it will be sent EVERYTIME. Also, THE BEST PART is the bills I received for non payment by this office, saying I owed a balance of $520 dollars & I as I said paid in cash for my appointments.. if you have a child with autism you already understand that some days are longer than others and that you stay awake at night over thinking everything & wanting to be sure he is getting the best of everything & money even when you have none at all...
