I had a limited window for correction/closed reduction before I was doomed to a prolonged, labored breathing and eventually needing to otherwise shell out for a nose job. He squeezed me in within perfect timing to fix everything, sparing me massive future expenses + pain + procedures. The front desk ladies are so nice. I only just began coming here. I commute nearly 2 hours just to go here cause no other doctor in Jersey or neighboring PA would offer to actually help me as Joe was willing to. The receptionist already recalled and referred to me by my first name after the first visit, just by memory. I feel very welcomed and well treated here. I'll continue the tedious commute any time as needed in the future for an ENT. They're probably the best in the Tri-state area and I'd truly recommend them + denounce other negative reviews based on how incredible my experience has been here.

I had…read moremade an initial consultation appointment for my husband's exam in preparation for a cochlear implant. This was three or four years ago. He's totally deaf; no hearing aids work for him. He also has vascular dementia and absolutely refused to go to the initial appointment. Now, another doctor in the ER of Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ spoke to me again and told me I MUST get him to an ENT doctor. I'm ready to try again. It's 6/02/26.

Not only does she know what she is doing, she has time to ask you how your trip went since last she saw you. Also she definitely has a sense of humor and isn't afraid to use it. So knowing her business, taking the time to listen to you, and ease in communicating with her earn her a five, period.

She is a great listener and is compassionate about her patients. My care with her was outstanding. She helped me feel at ease. She explained the procedures I was to go through in a way I understood.
