I loved this facility....until after about 2 months when I found rat poop all over my dining chairs…read more(and elsewhere)! Thankfully the chairs were mostly covered with a blanket, but there was A LOT of poop, and I know those rats were all over my chairs and other items being stored. Tried to report this to on-site manager but after multiple calls and letting the phone ring until it shut off, I had to call Corporate. This happened on a Monday. No manager on site nor answering phones. Couldn't even leave a message cuz no voicemail! Corporate offered apologies but stated that I assume ALL risk. Rats are not my responsibility. The storage facility has dozens of rat boxes outside but you can see they haven't been serviced in forever. They are crusted with cobwebs and leaves. Also, several large spiders and their webs obstruct the light switch at the entry door! So, no housekeeping of any kind but you are still obligated to pay full rent, even with rats running around your storage unit. BEWARE!

We were super concerned because so many of the facilities are located in totally sketchy areas! MSS storage and owner Mike were definitely a breath of fresh air. He was responsive, helpful & knowledgeable. The space is nice, level & solid for RV parking. It's in a safe area. It has back in access & pull through. Definitely a great value at the price point.
