She incorporates various techniques into her therapy sessions. Her technique is difficult to explain and probably differs from patient to patient, but as a former patient dealing with the same life struggles that so many people deal with, I can say that seeing her helped me after a tragedy in my life when more traditional analytical therapists did not. I am equipped to more gracefully deal with life's issues. I now know and understand myself better. If you can get in to see her, I highly recommend it. She's also incredibly kind, empathetic and compassionate.

He helped me with job and life transitions and gave me the personal tools to make these transitions easier. I would not be at the successful place that I am without his help and guidance in my past. He gave me great insight to helping deal with issues I honestly was not recognizing in my personal life. As someone who had never seen a counselor I was timid and skeptical about counseling, and he made me realize what a positive life changing experience it can be with his comfortable demeanor and approach. I have PTSD from my time there and have gained nothing but hate. I got zero help with my ED and a close friend committed suicide while i was there. I was turned down multiple times for wanting more food and less body checks. I was criticized for speaking up when i was being heavily bullied and the bully never apologized to me. The person who harassed me didn't get in trouble but only after this person harassed more woman then staff got involved. I do not understand any reasons recommend a person to go here. This program is money hungry and the owners are horrible people.
