It's SO nice not to have to play phone tag with a business. She was very friendly, and quite responsive, every time I had a question. I also appreciated the way that she attached their licensing & insurance certificates at the bottom of the contract, without having to be asked. When the work crew came out a week later, they got right to it. They did everything they said they would, and their clean-up was amazing. Even though I have woods in the back, they didn't throw a single twig back there. They hauled everything out to the chipper in the front. My lawn & driveway were pristine when they left. I highly recommend.

And, would recommend his services to anyone looking for top quality tree service.

It was good thing, because at least of it died despite us watering regularly, etc. When we called, we were informed that the sod was diseased from the vendor and they would replace. They did and all was good until the next year. Suddenly, despite us using pest/fungas/crab grass control, fertilizing and watering, we developed a wealth of weeds. In particular, a lot of crab grass. Since that time we have paid Ecoturt to aerate, fertilize and do spring clean ups. This year our lawn just died and all we can grow is weeds. I emailed Ecoturf and asked them to come out and look at the lawn. I got no response. I called twice and left messages and got no responses. Recently, I spoke with my neighbor who said that they fired Ecoturf because their lawn was getting weeds (and she had a really nice lawn). All in all, I am very dissapointed. I have likely spent about $4,000+ dollars with Ecoturf and I have a lawn full of dead grass and weeds. My suggestion would be to find a different landscaper.
