This is the only place in Farmington I recommend. The people are nice and they know what they are doing there is a wait sometimes but it's worth it. I wish my pedicures were a bit longer but the price of them is so cheap compared to the salons I go to out of the area read more

i originally was not going to post a bad review but after many bad experiences with this place i felt that i should. my usual nail place was busy that day so my friends and i headed here instead. their customer service is terrible and the workers are rude. i showed the man what i wanted and he said okay and turned my phone off. i knew immediately as he began to work that it was going to go wrong but gave him the benefit of the doubt. big mistake. after failing to get the color pattern right i was like okay maybe the design will save it. when he was getting ready to start the design on the one finger i went to grab my phone to show him again and he pushed my hand away and said that he knew what to do. obviously not. my other friend had an aggressive worker who got rough with her hands and later said it felt like he had moved her fingers so hard they were broken. we also all heard him yell at her for shaking but that's not really her fault, it's human. my other friend after witnessing all of this was smart enough to not get anything. would never go there again or recommend this place to anyone. photo: what i wanted vs. what i got read more

Came to Farmington to visit the family, and i got a gift card from this store. When i finally decided to come here to get a manicure and a pedicure i 100% regretted . Got a bad customer service, did a bad job on my nails, got mad when i ask to repaint them and finally when i got to the cashier they wanted to charged me extra. So i wouldn't recommend any one coming here and im for sure not coming back. read more

The first time I came here was great, but the past two times they have made my cuticles bleed. They realize and say they're sorry but it's just not the result I want when I leave. The salon has a relaxing feel to it but I don't think I will be returning. :( read more

Very rude, and just like many other nail salons in Farmington, they don't have prices listed where you can see them and they added charges I had no idea about until I paid. They charged $5 to remove my chipped off nail Polish. If I'd known that I would've picked it off while I waited for an hour. Not going back. read more

I have been goin to River since they opened and usually only have issues when the guys do my nails. Today was the last that I will be going there; I have been burned with the wax three times. When I tell them it's hot they look at me like I am crazy but yet they then realize the warmer is set on the highest setting. Three stricks and they are out, I don't like paying to be put in pain, I'll go somewhere else. read more

I went in to get a manicure with shellac. The workers were already working on other customers, so I sat down. A girl, daughter of a worker, took me to a station and took off my nail polish. She then put lotion in a bag, put my hands in the bag, and then I put my hands in this warmer thing. I thought I was really going to get a good manicure, but boy was i mistaken! I sat for a while, and then a worker came over and wiped the lotion off my fingers and cut my cuticles. I went and washed my hands, and I was moved to another station with another worker to shellac my nails. The color I picked out wasn't as it seemed, so I asked them to change it before he got too far into painting them (two nails.) I asked them to change and they did, no big deal. That was the only reason I give them two stars instead of one. The shellac on my nails is so thin it doesn't look even and you can see the nail through it. read more

Hours are listed today (Sunday) as closing at 6pm. I walked in at 3:45 and see that 2 customers are getting pedicures... An employee looked at me and said that they were closing early and to come back tomorrow... nope. Not going to waste my time again. read more

As the place down the road had a wait, I decided to try this salon. I can't believe they are still in business. By far the worst pedicure I have ever had. Woman who gave me pedicure looked like she wanted to kill someone. Very painful. The place was like a morgue. I will never go back. read more
