Every stylist is friendly and they listen to your concerns and expectations. Personally, I'm biased to Lindsay. I've been going to her since 2008 and I currently live out of state and I still see her when I'm in town. She takes care of her clients to the absolute maximum. No matter how crazy your requests for your hair are, as long as you truly want it she will give it to you. And if you get a lip wax from her, you can be sure she'll get every single tiny hair off. Highly highly recommended.

They totally made my hair horrible looking, not anything like I had asked for!! In a fluster and 911 hair-emergency I found Nic on yelp. He fit me in almost instantly and made my mess 100% better!! {amazing} I also recently had him cut my hair much shorter and I LOVE IT! She did not put a towel behind my neck when she washed my hair so my back got wet. The color did turn out good, and I am happy with it. However, the price did not match the website. She did roots, cut, and toner. Online a root touch up, cut, and style says it costs $105. However, my total was $175.10. I have never seen toner cost $70! Perhaps, she charged it " à la carte" instead of the combo listed online. I'm still not sure it would have came to $175. And I didn't actually get a style, no flat iron or curling iron. She did blow it dry, but she said she had to so she could cut it dry. I went in expecting full foil, which I know would have cost at least $175, so the price itself is not the issue. It is the price for the service I received did not match the online price. And seems a bit steep considering a full foil, cut and style (listed as flat or curling iron) is only listed as $185.
