Beware of BG Land Development out of Metro Dallas buying out ranches in the Lampasas Area and subdividing and selling Hill country style ranch lands that boast riverfront lots exotic animals, guaranteed ag exempt land, gated entrance, and power to front road of ranch. As a buyer at a previous project I would say, these guys promise the world, but the delivery time is unsettled for sure. We purchased in August and we were not given true info on Ag exemption ( some idle years were already used!), no power as of May 12th!, and no gate at road!
