The price for the extraction was reasonable but the upkeep of the location was lacking. I guess with me moving here from the West Coast I was expecting more. The equipment was outdated and dusty. The rooms had no privacy curtains and the assistants were walking in and out constantly. The waiting area furniture was downbeat and needed a good steam cleaning. Dr. Floyd seemed less than interested. I was pricked and poked with a needle with little care for my comfort. The procedure was not explained as he went along, he just started poking me with a needle! He was unable to explain why I was having tooth pain. He said, "maybe it was... or it could be..." No definite answer. At the end of the procedure he toss the bloody tooth on a tray and left. His assistant hands me a ziplock baggie with a piece of paper in it and some gauze. I felt like no one knew their jobs and the type of care you get from a larger office was obsolete. If you're expecting your dentist to make you feel comfortable and at ease look for another office. If you're looking for an updated, modern facility with a clean atmosphere go somewhere else. This was my honest personal experience.
