Basic hot dog cart type but with trays of uncooked, prepackaged sausages available for customers to buy if they want to have sausages at home. I didn't catch the name of the man who helped us at that time but he was very nice and patient. We both ordered the California Monte Cristo sausage and he took care to make sure both were assembled well. The sausage itself was good. It has a good snap to the skin and it has a good flavor to it. You can choose between mild or spicy pork sausage but I would recommend the spicy one because the flavors were really good. There is a slight heat but it's nothing terrible, I assure you. I liked the sauerkraut that came with the sausage but not really the jalapeño jam. They actually used sweet chili sauce so I felt a little misled. The overall flavors together were not that bad though. I wish the bun had been toasted but it was fine as it was. If you pay an extra dollar (or so) you can get a bag of chips and a can of soda. The dude ended up getting the sausage dog with the works. The food cart actually smelled delicious but I didn't get anything as I wanted to save my appetite. The dude said it was very good as he would get it again. The owner was very friendly and helpful and appears they have a pretty cool business going on! They have cold beverages as well. I believe the sausage dog was $5 which wasn't bad at all! Give them a try! Especially if you need a snack on your beach day!
