I could not be more pleased with Kirstin's expertise…read more I have used her services two times; and both experiences were top notch across the board. I was having trouble getting past the automate resume readers that many companies use now-a-days, and she was able to help my resume stand out from the pack and secure interviews; I was actually offered all of the jobs that I applied for after she helped me with my resume! She really takes the time to listen to your experiences; and has a way of formatting this to your resume to really make it shine. She also takes the time to review the specific job that you are applying for. 10/10 would recommend her- she is awesome. Thank you!

I had great things to say about the service. I gave some added individual awards and other accomplishments, which were put into the new resume that I asked Masterpiece to do for me. I got the resume back and didn't look over it like I should have my fault all the way as I should have reviewed the resume. I went back after getting another description that I felt better aligned on a updated resume. I asked MR about the update, which I was told would be an addition 89.00 to add the additional materials for a expedited fee as I needed it soon, I was applying to another job with a different company. At this point I started looking back at my resume before making my decision. I noticed a lot of mistakes, Spelling, sentences cut off not making sense, Things not put on the resume that should have been added to the resume after saying they were missing the first time. I emailed Masterpiece about my not paying for the service to add additional materials and also to tell my displeasure with the updated resume. I had to go back and fix a lot of mistakes, as I said that was my fault for not checking more thoroughly when I first received it back from the updated resume. I never heard back from MasterPiece Resume after I sent an email about having to fix everything and not use the services again. I waited to write this post to see if I ever would. It's been over a month.

Judy Kaplan Baron is truly a talented individual and, unfortunately for those who haven't…read morediscovered her, a best kept secret. Judy is so good that I have now become a repeat client of hers. And just like the first time I went to see her (2016), this second time I was also offered a job! A promotional opportunity arose outside of my company and I knew the competition would be fierce. Not to fear, I thought, because I knew Judy could help me dust off my interview skills. I still had Judy's material and notes from the first time I saw her. Shoot, there were a few techniques Judy taught me in 2016 that I continue to use since I am routinely presented with hypothetical situations and asked to make sense of them. I was surprised, and humbled, at how many of Judy's skills and techniques I had forgotten since I last saw her. I knew after completing my first session with her that I'd need a second. Once again, Judy's guidance propelled me to a second-round interview. My soon-to-be boss told me that the first-round interview had gone so well, the panel urged that I be interviewed ahead of the second-round schedule. For this, I have Judy to thank. Judy has a way of coaching you through complex concepts and breaking them down into bite-sized pieces. She's a master at working with you to identify your own experience and crafting just the right "elevator pitch" to use in panel and one-on-one interviews. Judy's formulas for answering hypothetical questions, word choice for describing one's achievements, and tips on how to negotiate a higher salary for yourself are truly incredible. Her hour-and-a-half sessions race by and are actually fun. I'm a pretty cheap person, but I'll tell you Judy's worth every penny of her fee. I have zero question in my mind that when the next promotional opportunity arises for me, one of the first people I'll call is Judy.

Judy even called me to follow-up to see how my interview went. Needless to say, it went incredibly well but I truly appreciated that she took the time to check in with me. However, in full disclosure, her prices are a bit high. Although it was still expensive, I invested two scheduled sessions with her. Yes, I said invest because that's what you will take away from meeting with her. I am much more confident with interviewing than I ever have before thanks to Judy.
