The thing that I find most impressive is that they really walk you through everything...soup to nuts. At your first appointment the receptionist sits down and explains your insurance coverage so you know exactly what to expect financially. I have NEVER been at any healthcare office and had them do that. Then you receive physical therapy that gets you out of pain...fast. I was starting to feel a lot better after just 3 visits. That's insane. The people are a blast, they clearly enjoy what they do. At the end of it all they give you "homework" exercises to keep your injured part healthy...forever. When I did get through to someone and asked for a name, I was told they were not at liberty to say. When I asked why I was being forwarded to security I was told, because they Don't Like Your Questions. I got a call from the head of security who threatened to have me arrested if I called again, then hung up on me. You will be better served at another of the many hospitals in the area Coeur d Alene, Spokane Valley or Spokane. I also had 3 surgeries at Kootenai Medical and was given excellent care with all discharge practices clearly explained and followed. Good luck! ​
