We took pictures at Balboa park and he took us around to different spots so that he could maximize the area and beauty of Balboa Park. I found them when I needed newborn photos (they have newborn clothes/wraps) and then I bought their amazing milestones package to capture those beautiful memories. The studio has props and over 50 different backgrounds so they can make your visions come alive. The photographers are kind and patient with some of the more shy ones. The pricing is very affordable and they offer great packages. The images are extremely high quality, and they do offer prints for a different price (have not done it). Andrea suggested poses and would offer advice throughout the shoot without making me feel like I was doing something totally off. We've been using Emily for pictures of our son during his first year. I wanted 3,6,9, and 12 month…read morepictures, and she was able to let me create a package that worked for what we wanted. I had shopped around quite a bit and her prices were really fair for what we were asking. There are definitely other photographers out there with lower quality work that are charging a lot more. So far we have done 3 and 6 month pictures and they are great. During our first session my son was really fussy since he was teething and hadn't had much of a nap that day. I thought for sure we wouldn't get many good pictures because he was in such a bad mood, but Emily was able to catch him smiling, and we got a lot of really cute pictures! When it was time for our 6 month pictures we had scheduled a time to meet at our home for the shoot. Again my son was having a hard time getting a good nap in, I called Emily and asked if it was possible push back 30 minutes in the hopes that we could get at least a few minutes of sleep in so he wouldn't cry during our whole session. She was really flexible and told us to just call whenever he woke up. He was able to get a good solid nap in and we really appreciated the flexibility that day. And again the pictures were amazing. She has really been able to capture his personality and us as a family together. I would recommend Emily to anyone looking for a photographer in the StL area. She has done a great job capturing our son's first year so far, and I can't wait for our next 2 sessions. We wouldn't hesitate to book more sessions with her in the future!
