Other companies quoted a little lower, but gave me either an extended date way out on the calendar or wouldn't commit to a date (giving me a window of time that wasn't practical for a working person that needs to schedule being home). I'm so pleased with my pest service. Every time they come to spray my lawn or my interior, they are so kind and respectful. In addition if I ever have any problems, a quick call to the office is always answered by a very kind lady Marcy who is a true gem. For example, I called to mention that I saw some small pests indoors, and they were there within the week for an extra spray. Also, I am incredibly displeased with another service I bought prior to knowing royal pest, I'm sure everyone is familiar with Terminix. I already paid the initiation fee for termite control with Terminix, which was around $6000 for doing bait traps, but that is kind of where their service ended. Despite multiple calls to them, I haven't had any luck with having them come out a second time. I was thinking about switching to Royal pest for my termite control however, I already paid the initiation fee with Terminix and it doesn't really make sense to switch back over since I'm only paying a small continuation fee. They did such a great job and we didn't have issues for years. Then in July 2017 we had a broken sprinkler head. I called them and they came out the same day. In December 2017 we had work done outside and discovered a broken sprinkler head soon after. Early in the morning I texted Mario to ask for a new sprinkler head and included pics of the broken one in the swale. This way I could ask for service before the busy workday began. He took care of it the same day and I was able to call them with my credit card number afterwards. I trust them and they trust me. It was if I called a family member to take care of me and they came through. Recently I asked them to re-route the PVC pipes and replace several heads because we just completed an outdoor renovation. We weren't sure where the pipes were so Greg dug trenches and found the pipes. He determined which pipe went to each zone. Not only have I never seen anyone dig trenches so quickly, I was impressed by how efficiently he completed the work once he found the pipes. Greg understood what we sought (removing existing pipe, adding a head, etc.) and inspected the other sprinkler heads on the property to ensure everything worked well. I work from home and had webcam meetings today so it was important that he didn't ring the doorbell and get the dog barking. So he texted me when he was done and I was able to meet him outside in-between meetings. He showed me how every zone on the property was working, the location of the new sprinkler heads and that he re-filled all the trenches. I LOVED IT! I feel taken care of by people who truly care. You can be sure I'm going to reach out to Mario when I have sprinkler system needs. I'm hopeful he keeps sending Greg! I feel like their favorite relative!
