They were able to answer all my pharmacology questions, ironically this is a rare thing for me, my local martins pharmacy does this as well. Both have the feel of small town pharmacies, but they always have the friendliest kindest, and efficient staff. 5 stars every time I visit. Remember to be kind to the people who support us. This was…read morenot my pharmacy of choice, but rather had no choice but to send my prescriptions there as a former Rite-Aid customer. As directed, I filled in my information on-line for a prescription that I needed refilled. I waited for some feed back but received nothing for days. Without any other options I decided to go to the pharmacy to see what was happening. I was told that my prescription was not filled. Why not? I asked and after some additional waiting was told that they did not take my insurance. What I did not mention is that I am leaving on vacation tomorrow and do not have enough pills. When I asked if I could at least have a few pills for vacation and that I would pay for them in cash I was told they could not disburse Schedule 1 drugs. I have a prescition and I even had the bottle. And I was not asking for Oxycodone, but rather 100 mg of Gabepentin that I take daily! Where is human decency? No one cares anymore. Not my problem. Even if they couldn't take my insurance help a fellow human out, I offered to pay cash and I clearly have a prescription. To all my fellow Rite Aid pharmacy users, save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else. I can assure you that I will not be using this pharmacy or CVS in general ever again.

The…read morecustomer service sways from the down-right unhelpful and rude to the friendly face that lies to you with 'nice words, therefore they think it's ok. The management seems to condone this horrendous behaviour, that again goes from rude and unhelpful, to down right scamming individuals who require medication in one form & changing to another or another amount, without consent of the customer or giving them the opportunity to purchase the correct one, just to boost their sales numbers while fleecing pockets and putting lives at risk of those with this medical necessity. The management has been told of this many, many times and have done nothing. Do not go here. Do not pit your life at risk, your wallet wide open to scam, and your general well-being at risk from their behavior.
