She confirmed that they do not send a delivery confirmation, very poor customer service. I'm many hours away from recipient, it would be nice to get a delivery email AND it would avoid having to call Neubauer's and speaking to an employee who is annoyed to (imagine this!) answer a customer's question! Won't order from here again. I do hope she stops answering the phone for other customers, she has zero people skills.
