I was surprised by this and was informed that the promotion doesn't start until 11:00 am. When I asked if there was a sign I missed, I was told no, but it was on the news. So I'm standing there looking stupid with a 10 year old sucking on a slurpee, so I cordially handed the lady some cash and commented "I should just walk out, but I don't want to disappoint my granddaughter. Would it be that hard to post a sign to prevent this?" At that point, the second clerk, decided it would be a good idea to insult me by first complimenting my Harley shirt, then saying it was "appropriate". The front of the shirt says "KNUCKLEHEAD" in big letters. He's lucky my granddaughter was with me.
