They closed the doors on me when I was walking up, the hours of operation says 10pm but they closed at 9pm.

The parking lot for this location can be tight on a crowded day. The inside of this location though is beautiful and spacious. The restroom was clean as well. Although the store was somewhat empty, there was a steady flow of customers and one of the team members named Barbra worked hard to keep each customer happy. She was the only cashier but was patient with each customer. She was working the ice cream area, pick up of online orders and the register all in a professional manner. read more

During this pandemic it can be very hard for workers and because of that we need to show appreciation. The day I walked in Rite Aid it was one of the hottest days in LA, and when I came into the store the lady cashier was very sweet along with the security guard. I went to pick up my medicine and afterwards decided to get some ice cream, Michael, a sales associate that usually always has a smile on his face looked tired, rightfully so, I told him thank you for his hard work and he cheered up! He made me smile! He gave me my ice cream which was such a blessing that day!!!! Thank you Rita Aid workers for your hard work during this pandemic. This is more directed to the pharmacy. I have never been to a dirtier pharmacy, ever, before. The hand sanitizer was empty, the floors were dirty, the blood pressure machine was smudged with who knows what (but it looked really sticky); and right next to the "Pick Up" window, there was a moldy and oxidase do water cooler, crawling with some of the neighborhood cockroaches. Never am I ever going back there, again. I was told that I would get a call when my medication was complete... I never received a call, but my dad did. I asked the pharmacist why that was, and let her know that I wanted to fix it: the pharmacist just gave me a bullsh*t excuse and reason to why that happened, but didn't even let me fix it or told me how to update the number on my profile. Secondly, I don't even know how they managed to get my dads number? He doesn't even live here! read more

The pharmacy there is a joke I swear I went in to pick up my prescription at 11am they weren't ready till 6pm on top of that these women didn't know how to input my insurance card so I had to pay out of pocket. I really like this Rite Aid. It's immaculate inside, newly remodeled and looks great! I was shocked when I walked in and saw how nice it was considering the area its in. They have a great selection of gift cards and gift wrap, etc. Everything in the store is easy to find and the workers are pretty friendly. Pretty much everyone in there speaks Spanish, which I guess is helpful.. if you don't speak English. And of course, I love their ice cream!! read more

This has been my drugstore for a large part of my life I have nothing negative to say about it except sometimes the photo machines don't work. I have lived in this neighborhood for many years and this was my go to place for all personal hygiene supplies and ice cream of course. It is unfortunate that this Rite Aid has found the need to follow their customers all around the store to make sure they don't steal. It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had buying my tampons!! They don't even deserve a star. The rudest people ever. First off, I was waiting by the ice cream area and they told me I had to pay first, ok fine I waited in line. When I get to the short fat cashier I explained that I did not know how many scoops I wanted because I wanted to sample one first.
