The male mgr (forget his name) he is very nice. He gave me a discount on the product cause I wanted it. I helped him out by spitting the expired products. So I asked the female mgr if I could have a discount on the EXPIRED drops. She stated "no we can't do that in Ohio. We have to send it back damaged." Now I have worked retail, I know how stuff work! I looked @ her & laughed. So she would rather not make ANY MONEY, then SOME MONEY ...this is yet another example of why I can not tolerate this CVS! IDK WHAT POINT THEIR TRYING TO MAKE! #notsmarteconomics

The ladies that work there are very courteous & friendly. I would give the store a 6 in a half on how clean it is. But the outside...it's a nightmare!! There is garbage everywhere, and at the curb where you park there is a built up of fluids (possibly from all the different cars) ,and I've actually had to jump over these puddles to get onto the sidewalk leading into the store. One day I watched an employee come out with a garbage can with wheels on it (she was headed to where the gas pumps are to grab the garbage bags from there containers), well she walked right by at least 5 garbage items that were clearly visible & didn't pick up a single item...overall though if you go in for any kind of paper products, auto,& food it's ALL overpriced. The ONLY deal you will get is on the polar drinks.
