Very small drug store but has 99 percent of what I ever buy. Easy access from the road. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This location of Rite Aid has always been my go-to. It is clean, well stocked with sale items &…read morenon sale items. Front of store staff is always helpful and friendly. On a negative note , the pharmacy appears to be understaffed. Today, we went to pick up my prescriptions an hour after they were called in & was informed that it would be 30-45 minutes. Left and came back 45 minutes later, and they still were not filled.

So I've been patronizing this pharmacy for about a year for my prescriptions. When Covid hit, I was…read morehappy to be able to use their drive thru service and not go in to the store. There has never been more than one case ahead of me. Today I went to pick up, and there were 2 cars in the drive thru. It was then that I noticed there was a 2nd drive thru lane, with a pneumatic tube, like at the bank, for orders. I pulled up to that, and another car pulled up behind me. Are this point the tech came on the speaker and informed me that this lane was only for dropping off orders. I told her I had no idea, especially since there were no signs or markings of any kind indicating that, and that I only had one prescription and it was already paid for. She started waiting on the next car in line, and now there was a line in lane 1. The pharmacist came on the speaker and again said this lane was only for drop off and that they couldn't send meds through the tube. I asked them if I had to drive around and get in line again. That's clearly what they wanted. Why not put up signage indicating this? Why assume that all customers just inherently know this? This is NOT good customer service at all!
