Wow. 5:30 pm and there's a gone to lunch sign at the meat/fish counter. At checkout, two lanes out of six were open, both jammed. I really don't like the self serve lanes, and low and behold I had trouble. The store manager comes over to help and couldn't be more condescending- I suggested they should open a couple more lanes for customers like me , and she stated that they couldn't man them. When I pointed out the three employees in plain sight standing around doing absolutely nothing- she informed me "everyone needs a break" Crap customer service, crap attitudes.
