Besides standing in the crazy long line, it never fails, they screw something up, and I'm stuck sitting in one of their metal folding chairs (see picture)... they keep adding more each time I walk in. Spent 9 minutes on the phone with them on a Saturday. They told me my script will be ready for refill on Monday. I then asked if I should call on Monday again and she said "nope, we'll have it ready!" I said "Really? I should call just in case, and she said "it's in the system!" I had to travel, and went to pick up the scripts on Thursday - and it wasn't ready! I don't know what their problem is. They don't look short staffed. I was only forced to go there when my local pharmacy shut down unexpectedly... ughhh. Sorry to be negative. But hopefully the already low rating, plus this review will make them take a deep dive into their terrible customer experience.

I am familiar with this process, which is completely frustrating and takes time. I explained that the last time I filled a prescription for this medication, one of the pharmacists at this location told me to self pay. I asked if this was an option. Brittney began asking me why I don't have insurance through my work, why I have medicaid insurance, and why I hadn't refilled my prescription since last summer. I explained that it was because I had a lapse in insurance. I then asked her for her name. Which she replied "it's on the front of the building". She said all of these things in front of my daughter and a store full of people. She is completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. I left the pharmacy with no help, and without my medication my doctor had prescribed. She should not be a pharmacist, or even have a job working with the public. My copay was $1, unfortunately I was 28 cents short and was not able to use my card due to the $5 minimum. I was told to eaither add items or go to an atm and come back. I explained I needed my medication and didn't have any extra money until payday. I was basically scolded by the pharmacist after asking if the insurance would waive it. I had to drive away because I was wasting gas sitting there getting nowhere being made to feel like crap for not having 28 cents! Rather then them being a good human and understanding that I've been a long standing customer and even just loaning it to me until I swing by again which would be in a week. They made a customer feel less then, in a time when they could have chose the high road and had a different review.

Ben and Mike are always willing to listen, offer their expert advice and put me back on the road to good health. I had been using CVS Wrightstown but their Rx pricing was ever increasing and finally I called Jerry. the price for mt Rx was $90+ at CVS and $12 at Whitman , after insurance plan. My doctor's office sent the prescription over more than 24 hours ago, so I sent my spouse to pick it up. He was told that I wasn't in the system and that they hadn't received anything. I called my doctor's office, and they confirmed that the prescription had been sent. When I called the pharmacy back, I was then told that they were not accepting new patients for this medication so they just filed it. So how am I not in their system? That was surprising, especially since they filled the exact same medication for my child just last week without any issues. At no point did anyone call to let me know there was a problem. Initially, we were simply told the prescription hadn't been received. There also didn't seem to be any concern that I was now out of a medication I've taken daily for years. I make a point of supporting local businesses whenever I can instead of larger chains, but based on this experience, this won't be the pharmacy our family of five chooses going forward.
