Here's an example: They charge $14 for two 2 x 2 inch passport photos, even if you bring in your own image on a flash-drive. If you order 4 passport photos (same image), they will charge you $28, six photos, $42, and so on. If you order the same photo in a standard 4 x 6 inch format, the charge is 39 cents per photo. When I asked why they charged $7 for a 2 x 2 photo and 39 cents for a 4 x 6 photo, they said, "it is company policy." They didn't try to be accommodating or acknowledge that their passport photo policy is highway robbery. I will never shop at Walgreens again.

It was 1:29 and they knew we had been waiting for 30+ minutes, with no cars behind us anymore. A total lack of respect and care for their customers, incredibly immature, especially when dealing with prescription medicine that people depend on to live. While trying to check out the two ladies at the counter had a really hard time stopping their conversation. They were talking how they only had a half hour left and they would be out of there. Then continue to talk about where they were going to go and what place have the best drinks. I noticed an item that my daughter had put up on the counter was buy one get one free so I ask her to get another one, to which the lady gave the other lady a look. I ask her if that upset her. Because obviously I must've upset her because I placed another pack of gum on the counter when she had already rung up the other gum and totaled it. Very rude. What happened to customer service.
