Hubby had apple cake with the mother and father of hot chocolates - imagine - a dark chocolate drink infused with muscat, ginger and cinnamon - after he recovered his socks, he had a big grin on his face. Hubby had the bread basket (home-made bread). We snaffled a couple of pieces of the walnut/treacle tarty thing, which is at this moment sitting in our fridge calling to me. Sometimes I wish I lived in Erfurt, but, waistlines considered, it's probably just as well I don't.
