Incredibly comfortable bed and the pillows were the best I've ever had in a hotel. Decor is overall kind of weird but I liked it . Lost a star for: the advertised hot breakfast was a selection of cakes, packaged items, and juice but nothing hot. Internet was pretty terrible during our work event during the day. AC was hard to figure out and reset itself constantly.

The breakfast was minimal, but I did eat breakfast at the hotel everyday. Dinner at the restaurant was very good. It is an easy walk to the town center. Also, it's located very close to a Carrefour store in case you need any last minute items. The hotel has an interesting decor. As another reviewer stated, it's hard to describe it precisely. There's a lot of old clocks and typewriters to look at, for example. I would definitely stay here again.

My rate comes with breakfast, and their selection of food choices are pretty good as well. One of the downside is that there is not much to do outside the hotel. There are only a handful of restaurants within walking distance, and there is no market or store nearby.

I stayed in a Junior Suite with a king bed and balcony, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was a great place to spend the night before an international flight. The room had AC, plenty of hot water in both the shower and sink, and automatic window covers that could be lowered with a remote. I also enjoyed the morning view from the balcony. You can see the parking lot beyond the front lawn, but the grounds and surrounding scenery still made for a nice view. Despite being close to the airport, I didn't hear any noticeable noise during the evening or morning. I unexpectedly arrived very late in the evening and was initially worried about checking in, but I was told there was someone at the front desk overnight, so it ended up being easy and stress-free. The parking lot is also very spacious and gated, which made me feel comfortable leaving my rental car there overnight. Breakfast was included and was decent, filling, and convenient before heading to the airport. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely come back if I needed a hotel near Malpensa before or after an international flight.

We were relaxing after long flights and before the start of a wedding weekend at Lake Orta. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The small lounge areas down on the main floor we really enjoyed. It was very cool sitting there and fun to watch the few activities going on. The food was very good and especially the breakfast. One of us really enjoyed the swimming pool. What an extra bonus to wanting to just relax and recover from a long flight. For us, this hotel was perfect. Thank you.

I would not go back, there are too many other exceptional options.

Located about 10 km from the Malpensa airport with an easy free shuttle to/from (just call, 10 mins); and 60km from Linate airport. If you are looking for trouble, I don't think you will find it here. The hotel and restaurant is the only game in town, a few nice pubs, a few pizzerias, a bakery, a gelateria, a meat shop, a church, a few stores, and a small post office -- it has everything you could want from a small Italian town. The room: very good firm bed, soft pillows, well-crafted room with small balcony. Equipped with bedside cool/modern plug-ins for regular US electrical and USB plugs for easy-peasy charging. They really thought of everything to make the hotel experience great for a traveler. The entire staff is so personable with a joyous attitude. Absolutely lovely through and through.

It has a very nice spa & fitness facility that's open 24hrs. The room was very spacious with comfortable bed, innovative modern decor and almost all necessary amenities. Couple amenities that weren't provided were coffeemaker and iron with the board. If you have to iron a garment you have to go down to the lobby to a break room to do that, which makes it a little inconvenient if you are in a rush. Also, you would think a coffee maker would be available but it wasn't, which was not a big deal. Breakfast buffet is available for an additional charge and I found it very nice with lots of food options, including gluten free bread and even muffins, how cool is that?! And there was barista making fresh cappuccinos and other coffee drinks. I would definitely recommend having breakfast at the hotel. There is a nice lounge bar on the lobby floor where you can enjoy a refreshing drink and order some snacks. I saw a restaurant there as well but didn't have time to dine there. One major issue was the WI-FI connectivity and speed, internet was on and off every few minutes which was very frustrating. When I addressed it with the management, they apologized and said it was due to some internet upgrades they had to implement. Toward the end of the stay, internet seemed to work better. Free parking garage is available on site and elevators that will take you straight up to your floor. The hotel price was very good even with additional city tax you must pay when checking out.
