After a short hesitation and an explanation that a large group was expected in the evening, the host said " We can make a reservation for you... how about that table by the window?" It got better from there. Later we were seated promptly in a very busy restaurant at our table by the window . While all the staff was busy, they seemed to make time for all their customers. We ordered wine, bruschetta, the prawn fettuccini, and ended with a tasty tiramisu. Then came a personal thank you from our server along with one from the host who made our reservation...oh, and I forgot my phone and the host came running out of the restaurant to return it! We were a big group of 17 persons and seated upstairs. I don't how, but we accidentally broke a plate. We of course apologized and even offered to pay for it. The owner did not accept this, started claiming we were too noisy and bothering other guests and threatened to throw us out. He then disappeared so we couldn't sort things out. The rest of the staff seemed embarrassed by his behaviour - apparently this wasn't the first time there have been similar incidents. We paid and left, and will not go back. A shame really, the place has potential but if the owner doesn't appreciate our business, we can happily go elsewhere in the future.

The setting is very nice and upscale and the service was good. I had half of a large pie with pepperoni slices (some places in Europe call it Salami) and bacon. The bacon was not cooked to the crisp I normally like but was still good. Additionally, the crust of the pie was not cooked to my desirable crisp, either. However, these are personal preferences and do not take away from the pizza being good. Good flavor, good cheese to sauce ratio and a good portion size for lunch. The pie crust is very thin so if you are hungry I would recommend a full pie to yourself.

You get a card when you go in for the first time, everything you buy gets charged on the card, and you pay the balance when you leave. The restaurant has sections (like a cafeteria) and there are lines waiting for one cook at a time. The lines here can get pretty long, my friend and I waited almost an hour in the pasta line, which is pretty atrocious. Other locations have been nowhere near this bad. The wait was alright for us, because we weren't very hungry and had plenty to talk about, but don't go here if you're really hungry and want food immediately. The pizza line (very last line in the far corner) had no one. I was able to order my pizza within 5 minutes and get it in 10 more. The pizza guy was even nice enough to make my pizza in the shape of a rabbit! TDLR: The food is good but wait times are long here.

I had one proble which was that the waiter did not know the wine nor the cheese. The ambiance was good, the resrurant was quiet and not to much noise and as soon as you walk in you can smell the pizza and pasta. Ruoka oli ok, mutta ei hintansa arvoinen. Pihvi oli pieni, mutta paistettu oikein. Palvelu oli hyvää, tarjoilija oli paikalla tarvittaessa ja heidän asenne oli loistava. The server was friendly and provided us with menus and some bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The prices seemed rather high, exasperated by the fact that the lunch specials were week day only. I took the chicken Caesar salad and it did not end well. The portion was small, the lettuce wasn't particularly fresh, the chicken was dry, and it was over priced. Think Olive Garden in the US but worse dishes and triple the price. From the other reviews, maybe pizza is the thing to order at this restaurant. I left disappointed and can honestly say I don't plan on dining here again any time soon. The table service, however, was great by Finnish standards so excellent job there, staff :)
