I was not disappointed, as the staff seemed helpful and the food was great. The service is what I remember the most in that they were very hospitable. Give them a try and enjoy!!! I would go back if I'm ever back in Zurich.

They are definitely known for their pizza as I saw many coming in for take away. I arrived at 8:30 on a Friday night & all that was available was a seat at the bar so I took it. Sandra, at the bar, was very helpful explaining the specials for the evening and the various pasta and pizza varieties. I ended up ordering the 1/2 size which was huge!) Octopus (Pulpo) Salad. Octopus was cooked just right and tasty-the olives, tomatoes with oil/vinegar sauce mixed nicely . I decided to go with a pizza although the house made pasta dishes also looked very good. Never had a Beef Carpacio Pizza so decided to give it a try. I got the small and it was more than enough. Crust was light with just enough tomato sauce. The Carpacio was topped with Parmesan shavings and Rucola. All the toppings balanced and combined nicely. Perfect pizza! I didn't have room for dessert on Friday and ended up returning on Sunday (they're closed Saturday) to try the house made Tiramisu with a Cappuccino. Some of the best Tiramisu I've had! Reservations are a must if you want a table before 9. I spoke to the owner who was there on Sunday to thank her for the wonderful food and hospitality. Can't recommend Miracle enough!

The entire dish was an overly rich but tasteless glob of carb. The sauce was a thick, goopy mess, its taste reminding me of canned cream soup except it's even more bland. There is no hint of yolk or cheese in the sauce. I barely finished it and wasted the CHF 24. The only thing saving it from a one-star rating is the spaghetti ragu, which meets the standard of being a classic staple pasta, if not a little too salty.

We were wondering around Zurich looking for a relatively affordable dinner. It was a holiday so…read moremany places were closed. We did happen upon this restaurant which had a good number of people seated outside, dining , conversing and having drinks. We looked at their English menu which comprised mostly of pizza , salads , pastas and a few side dishes. My husband ordered the pizza with a buffalo mozzarella and I ordered the bruschetta. The food came out in a timely manner and our waiter was polite and attentive. This was the 2nd to the best pizza my husband stated he's ever had. The 1st was in Milan Italy. Let me tell you, once you've had real Italian food , Olive Garden is a hard plate of food to swallow. You might as well be eating the cardboard box of any US pizza, because nothing compares to the real deal. My Brushetta was a little above average. I've had better in Denver in an authentic Italian restaurant. But this one was just enough to make me full without having leftovers. My husband did order a glass of wine to accompany his pizza. The waiter served it correctly as he started with a splash to let my husband taste it first. It was to his taste buds liking. At the end of our meal our server comped the glass of wine which was a pleasant surprise. So we left a great tip in exchange, which is usually not a thing in Europe. Traveling lately though we are noticing more and more it is an option when you're checking out. Take note, if you order water, you will be charged $7-$10 dollars for the bottle of still or sparkling water, so make sure you drink it up.

As the restaurant was very busy at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon, there was a 15-20 minute wait, but once they arrived we knew we'd struck culinary gold. Delicately crispy on the outside, yet unbelievably soft and chewy inside, it wasn't long before both pies were devoured. While waiting for our food I noticed a (very) large abstract painting on the wall that looked like one of German plein-air painter Christopher Lehmpfuhl's creations. I asked our server of its provenance and a few minutes later the owner/manager came over, impressed that I'd correctly identified the artist. It turns out they have several of his works, plus many unique telephone and mail artifacts on display, so he gave me a tour of them all. The antiques were curated from the post office that previously occupied the building. Very, very cool to see such attention to art and detail in a restaurant.
