We had really high hopes for the meal at this restaurant but were a bit let down. We started with the seafood appetizer sampler which was plentiful and a few items were great, like marinated swordfish, but most other items were bland.
We were most let down by the linguine with vongole "verace ", the sauce was bland and flavorless plus the vongole were far from being verace. For our second dish we got the grilled amberjack with a side salad composed of tomatoes, onions, capers and anchovies. These two last dishes were good and complimented each other well.
Lastly we got a slice of hazelnut and pistacchio semifreddo, it was light but completed the meal well. Service was attentive and the views of the town and the Stromboli volcano from our table were fabulous. read more
