This was an excellent dinner. The menu profumeria sicilia is quite a bit of food but was quite the experience. I ordered that and my two companions got a la carte and tasted my plates as well. It starts out with wonderful real first press olive oil. The antipasto included tartare di tonno (tuna) with an excellent sauce. Primo piatto included a quail dish with an herb sauce. The two best dishes were the Fagottino ripiena di maialino which was pork from the famous black pigs of the Nebrodi in a wonderful home made pasta, and the Angus farcito alla falsomagro con polpetta di patata (beef) which was out of this world.
