Also not sure how much we were charged for the batteries since we weren't given a receipt. While in the shop we were comfortable and confident in what we purchased. The staff going out their way to check and replace batteries we appreciated but had us questioning the quality and age of their items. But the fact that they let us leave with a physically broken item, knowing we would not be able to return, is dishonest and disgusting in my eyes.
