What I really appreciate is how Heidi walks you through the whole process. She finds the right balance between giving you tips on what outfits to bring, and letting you choose your own style. Plus she's a very friendly guide during the shoot and even lets you choose what music to play so you can really get in your comfort zone. Heidi knows how to capture you at your best. Even though I have zero modeling experience, I felt both comfortable and confident during the shoot, thanks to her expert advice and knowledge of the perfect photography conditions (lighting, posing, etc). Plus, she lets you choose what music to play during the shoot so you can really get in your comfort zone. You are going to love how the pictures turn out! The last thing I will say is that if you choose to get a physical album, you will be absolutely floored by it. High quality stuff! Thank you Heidi for the incredible experience! It was fun, safe, and I will treasure these photos you took for the rest of my life. Cannot recommend her enough.

She was accommodating and didn't make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her (which being late can do sometimes!) Virginia took her time doing my makeup and was a bit of a perfectionist (NOT a bad thing at all - she blended and modified my foundation and eyeshadow until it was PERFECT!) On to the photoshoot - Beate provided advice and her opinion regarding outfits. I brought a few outfit changes and she had suggestions as to which backgrounds and lighting would be best for each outfit change. At no time did I ever feel uncomfortable (even being scantily clad) and after the fact when she showed me some of the unedited in camera images I FELL IN LOVE! Her technique and knowledge of what poses and angles are flattering may FEEL awkward (neck out, arm out, butt out, back arched, etc.) BUT the images came out looking natural and incredibly appealing! I will be recommending Beate to ALL of my friends. In fact this is an excellent gift for a husband/wife/significant other, BUT even moreso - for yourself. This is a perfect way to feel empowered and insanely sexy!

Over a dinner party, Katie showed me her portfolio of portraits she'd taken of family and friends and I just, FELL IN LOVE! Her style was exactly what I envisioned for an outdoor rustic style engagement & wedding. The day of the engagement shoot, she made us feel so comfortable and calm with her sweet & funny sense of humor. Since my husband doesn't have a lot of patience (most men don't) she was quick yet thorough and professional -the entire shoot only took 35-45 minutes. That same evening, we received a few sneak peeks and were BLOWN away by her talent! We knew then, our wedding photos were going to be STUNNING. On the wedding day, Katie was so FLEXIABLE and relaxing to be around. She made our entire wedding party feel so comfortable. She was not pushy or bossy and knew exactly which shots she wanted to capture. Since the wedding was late in March, her use of natural light made everything all the more BREATHTAKING. We also received sneak peeks within a day and couldn't believe it. I've never received so many compliments from friends, family, and coworkers ever before! All the pictures were captured so elegantly and beautifully that nothing was overdone, just real emotions perfectly captured. I loved how natural and beautiful all the photos looked on her website so I decided to give her a call. From the moment I had my initial call with her it was an amazing experience. She made me so excited for my photoshoot and I could really tell that this is her passion. She had me send her some of the inspo I liked which I really appreciated since of course I had some Pinterest photos saved to my phone. She was very flexible with scheduling and gave me a list of things to bring if I had them which was also really helpful. Her studio is amazing and has such good natural lighting and she has perfect simple backdrops I was hoping for. She even has maternity outfits for you to wear if you need them and she will get as creative as you want adding in flowers etc. One of my favorite things about my shoot with Michele is that she would show me some of the photos as I was taking them - that way I knew if my posture looked good or to move hair out of my face etc. Also they looked sooo good unedited it made me even more excited to see the finished product . She sent me the finished photos in only a couple of days and let me tell you! It has taken me days to pick my favorites because I love them all so much! I am so glad I have these beautiful photos to remember this time in my pregnancy and I couldn't be more grateful for Michele's talent! Thank you!!!!
