I have a medicare advantage plan through Paramount Elite which covers up to 12 visits for spinal adjustments. It is a $20 co-pay at the time of the appointment. The billing department failed to bill Paramount Elite Plan and instead sent the claim to Medicare directly. Medicare does not manage my health care services, Paramount Elite does.
