Let me just say, working with Sequoia was a great experience. In hindsight I was very demanding, asking for many changes to refine the outcome of the vinyl decals I wanted for my commercial vehicle. Sequoia was so gracious and understanding and patient with me. In the end, the decals for my utility trailer exceeded my expectations. I'm glad I took her suggestions and guidance. I appreciated that she wrote notes on the back of the decals so I knew which side of the trailer the decals were to be affixed. This was helpful. I had several shirts embroidered as well as a hoodie and a carry all bag; when I picked them up, they were the wrong color. I was curious and decided to give them a go. Initially I emailed them...several times. With no response. And I got frustrated and began researching other places that could do some embroidery on shirts for me. One day I was out driving to a client's house and literally went right by the place; on my way home I decided to stop. I went in and spoke with Devin, explaining that I'd emailed previously and not gotten any responses. Both he and the owner seemed to know the email address I'd used so I'm not sure what happened there. Either way, I asked for some pricing on shirts and possibly to have a decal done for my back window. Pricing was very reasonable, with a $60 embroidery setup fee and $10 per item I wanted embroidered (I supplied my own blanks). I can't remember what the decal cost was because it's been months now, but clearly I thought it was a good price because I had it done. I went back and forth with Devin via email asking for some tweaks on the design; he was very patient as he worked with me. I had it installed and it didn't take long at all. Unfortunately, neither he nor I caught the fact that "aggression" was spelled wrong and I've been driving around for MONTHS with it that way on my car. Now I'm a little red in the face but hey, don't judge my training skills by my ability to proofread :D I contacted Devin and he told me to just come on in and he would fix it. I have yet to do so, but I'm confident he'll make good on it. Thus far he's done everything he said he would and I will likely continue doing business with him. OH!!! The absolute best part ever?!?! Ever ever ever?!?! KIRBY IS A DOG!! The company is named after a dog! And that dog is AT THE SHOP! He greets everyone at the door and wanders around while you hang out waiting for your work to be done. I would continue coming here JUST FOR THAT REASON! :D
