They are polite and the last time I had a script printed, I found the sweetest note slipped into my script from one of the employees. It's rare in this world for people to take the time to do things like that and it was very much appreciated. I'm also amazed at everything else they do aside from printing. Check out what they offer and see if you can come support this business! Well done, Copies Plus!

Still strolling down memory lane, we came across a family book pertaining to my late grandma's side…read moreof the family, the "K" family (a very German moniker I might add). Flipping through the book and my renewed interest in discovering more about my family tree made me want a copy of my own. Mind you this was a spiral bound book filled with many interesting facts about my family, heck I was even in the book since it was first published in 1985. Grandma recalls having this book bound before by the team at Copies Plus so we went down to place an order for yet another book to be created. The gentleman behind the counter was very nice and accomodating. He looked the book over and agreed he could do it the same way. I think it took roughly all day for them to do it and we picked it up the next day. The book was exactly like the other and I couldn't wait to get home with this to discover more about my family. It now sits proudly on my coffee table and with many thanks to Copies Plus and of course Grandma!

The location is on Overland, cars passing by and their lawn guy was running the weed eater. I could not hear her. I assumed she was telling me that I couldn't park there, but I wasn't staying long. Again just wanted to look at the menu. So I turned my back and ignored her. She proceeded to take a picture of my license plates. Trying to converse with me from across the parking lot. The confrontation became heated. My behavior is not part of this review, but could have been better. Let's just say her behavior matched. Flipping me off and dropping the "F" bomb. I left and came back to speak with the owner thinking he would care what kind of image his employee was giving his company! Ron doesn't give a shit! Kudos for having his employees back, but pretty sure she doesn't pay his bills. I've never used this company and based on how I was treated I never will.

The end product was just perfect as far as the limitation they had with size of paper. Paper weights and colors great. Everything in order and they were printed within a timely manner. As you can see from the photo the copy is a bit smaller, but all all pertinent information is perfectly clear.
