I have been curious about acupuncture for a long time, especially after hearing great results from…read morefriends who practice it. So when I recently pulled a muscle in my back, pretty much debilitating me, I thought this is the perfect ailment to try out the ancient art of acupuncture on. I did do some research on the steps that Western Medicine would take me through to relieve my back pain, which were bed rest, pain killers, physical therapy, and finally surgery. No, thank you, Mam! I knew a more holistic route was for me. I am so glad I went to Adam Learner at Family Acupuncture and Herbs. I did three sessions of acupuncture and started on a series of Chinese Herbs specifically designed to help acute back pain. I had about a 70% decrease in my back pain and just as much in mobility. The acupuncture itself is painless. And once the needles are administered you get a few minutes of good zen sleep. Family Acupuncture and Herbs can help with the relief of PMS, Arthritis, Weight Loss, and Back, Joint, and Knee Pain(and much more). If you are feeling unbalanced and have a lack of faith in what Western Medical practices can do for you, I definitely recommend checking out acupuncture. You will feel an increase in energy and desire to want to feel better. What can I say, I am hooked! A few more notes: I know that they accept some insurance policies, so that is worth checking out. They also sent me a $15 gift card for their in-house masseuse and 2 free 1st sessions of acupuncture for friends, which is awesome!

I feel so grateful to have crossed Jessica's path at a vendor fair over a year ago…read more Since then, I have done spiritual counseling and reiki with her. It was these two services, plus the prayer circle, that have helped me move towards better self awareness. She has guided me to understand how to become better at Meditation. My goal was to move towards becoming more enlightened. During the prayer circle we explored the idea of surrounding ourselves with people who align with your spiritual beliefs. Friends that you can exchange knowledge with and improve each others life. Jessica guided us through a prayer around calling this into fruition. Most recently these ideas and goals have come to fruition. I look forward to setting new goals and continue my growth. I truly think the new meditation circle is a wonderful addition. My hunting partner Atticus, a Llewellin Setter, was given hours to live because of lymphoma. I searched for high grade CBD oil and the company directed me to Earthlight Wellness. Jessica, the holistic Master Healer practitioner, has the full line of NuLeaf CBD oils. She has them priced at the factory level, and she offered them at a discount. We came to her in a vulnerable position. Something wonderful...She was concerned about our needs not her financial benefit, and gave us a big discount. She will also ship NuLeaf CBD oil for free. My wife and I have been under intense duress from our little boy's medical emergency, so along with my chronic pain we decided that maybe we should try either an Energy Healing Session or Aromatouch Technique for stress and pain relief. We chose the Energy Healing Session Something wonderful...Energy Healing is unique for each individual, so my experience was different than my wife's experience. We commonly felt a warm scanning sensation on the skin, muscle, bone, and organ level. The session concluded with an enveloping, cool aura. This was a deep energetic healing. We did both see a marked improvement with stress levels, and pain management. We found the benefits to be long lasting. Something wonderful...Don't let Jessica's youthful appearance deceive you to thinking she lacks experience. Jessica is a Master Energy Healer with years of experience, deep insight, a warm caring disposition, wisdom, and a genuine practitioner of energy healing. Something wonderful...The sessions were so powerfully therapeutic and long lasting that we booked a 6-session program for us each. With the long-lasting effects we expect maintenance sessions to stretch into a monthly time frame. Why not try something wonderfully beneficial for your health and well-being?

The doctor has a thorough intake process with a long questionnaire that is quite detailed. I was amazed to learn that a number of issues that I had been suffering with were actually related to each other. I was placed on the waiting list for an in-person appointment, but in the meantime, I was started me on a regimen of herbs shortly after our initial phone consultation. The dotor was fantastic about explaining both the dosage and what each one of the herbs did and what they were for. Several of my issues had started clearing up before my first appointment! The doctor was also very quick to return my calls whenever I had questions or needed to relate different symptoms. Since the initial phone consult, I have had several physical treatments and am happy to report that many of my issues have either been completely resolved or drastically improved. Some of these issues have been life-long problems that I didn't think could ever improve. I can't recommend FAHM enough!

Yuri heals our bodies with an approach that restorers natural wellness. Yuri believes doctors should be protecting wellness, not just attacking diseases after they are harming us. This makes sense to me. I have never found anyone else who has the same talent. I consult Yuri even though I now live hours away in Massachusetts. I make the occasional trip for a checkup, but most of my consultations are by phone. Yuri makes himself available daily when he's helping me try a new appr, and if I'm having difficult. I have not been well for almost 10 years. It finally came to mind that I needed Yuri when I became extremely sick all of the time. I see the best doctors at the best hospitals in Boston. Nobody could solve the puzzle, they could only look at different body parts. I finally called Yuri and asked for help. Yuri quickly diagnosed why my body had so many problems. Using diet and herbs, Yuri stopped my buildup of toxins. My sick organs are healing. He is restoring the flow of healthy energy so my body can achieve the wellness it is designed to do for itself. Yuri also knows and appreciates the ways our western medicines can save lives, using surgeries and prescriptions are for emergencies. But it doesn''t keep us at optimum wellness everyday. Many things my top Boston experts did were making me more sick over time. I'd recommend and trust Yuri for everything. If I lived nearby, I'd also be repeating acupuncture. I'm thankful for the incredible care I received from Yuri. He works miracles even long distance!.

Sadly, reception was empty when I arrived and having never been there, I had no idea what to do or where to go. I sat in a waiting area for about 15 minutes but no one appeared. I finally decided to look around for someone but had no luck. My appointment was for 9:30 in the salt cave and I was running out of time. I found it on my own and laid down on one of the beds, but I felt like an intruder and I was very uncomfortable. So, after a while I decided to leave. A quick pit stop to the restroom before heading home revealed what I had been missing: directions on how to use the salt cave. By then it was too late, I was very embarrassed, and I just wanted to leave. I'll post the salt cave directions here for the next confused first timer. UPDATE: to clarify, "DO IT YOURSELF" is great for people who already know what they're doing. For a first timer, a little instruction is necessary. I had no idea what "DO IT YOURSELF" meant... did it mean walk in like I own the place and just know what to do or did it mean there would be a friendly person there who could give me a quick rundown on what I was supposed to do. It was obvious I was new to this by my clueless texts (which I will include). When I asked what I should wear, the pretty obvious response should have been, "it doesn't matter since you'll be changing into our PJs when you get here," not, "something comfortable." It really isn't obvious what to do when you get there so a few sentences of instruction could go a long way toward making first timers more comfortable.
