We were planning to meet with them a few days from when I called to do some advance preparations, and unfortunately things changed very quickly. Mr. Zimmer was outstanding, compassionate, and when you compliment that which his partner Mr. Barlow and their associates, you could not get more professional. We met the next day and they were outstanding. We were exhausted, distraught, and everything that I feared would be complicated was not and they really took the time to answer anything and all questions. Further, they were there for any other needs albeit referrals or support groups etc. They facilitated all of our needs and requirements and helped make it all look seamless from any religious requirements (which they were well versed on) to the ambiance of music, pictures, and other things that represented our father so well. Not one thing was unclear. Not one question unanswered. I trust them very much should we ever need anything in the future and you would be well served by dealing with them. Sorry it took a little while to write this, but they really deserve it.

There was several issues 1# They…read morewhere supposed to list my dads obituary in the Trentonian Times it was never listed only on their website so a lot of people didn't know 2#They messed up my dads memorial cards by spelling his last name wrong like come on its his last thing for him. 3# His casket had a string hanging from it then when his casket was closed it was hanging out and it was frayed and blowing in the wind I was lived. 4#They gave us a price then it changed to a lot more I just feel disrespected that my dads funeral was the way it was we emailed his obituary it never made the paper and his memorial card his last name was spelled wrong how could they mess that up I'm so mad so if you have a service there don't be to impressed.

Billy took the extra time to use a piece of scrap metal to connect the supply vent to the wall board when it wouldn't screw in properly.
