We came on a Saturday morning on our way down south and had some cheesey cheesey sandwiches to eat for our mid morning snack. Be prepared they don't have coffee (gasp!) but they welcome you to bring your own - so my hubby tells me when he spoke to them. I had their organic hot chocolate spiced with cinammon. Can't say I loved It but I still finished and enjoyed it that cold morning! They have an interesting and vast selection of cheeses. They have a cheese club that you can join for one month, 3 months or a year and you get to have a go at some different cheeses. Sounded cool except we live too far to come each Friday or Saturday to pick it up! They have great and wide variety of local products in store including teas, granola and desert road to name a few! I thought the flat white was a bit stronger than it is meant to be and the overall taste was of store-bought coffee mixed with water. The froth wasn't much and its funny cause as a former Barista, a flat white is meant to be creamy and smooth taste and tone in the mouth. From my experiences in this place with coffee, it is average, though better than other coffee places in our area.
