I clearly stated multiple times I did NOT want credit repair services--only to settle my $2,700 debt. The rep (Renee) repeatedly reassured me they would not dispute anything and would only help resolve the account, saying it could be handled for $1,500. I told her I was driving, in a rush, and couldn't review documents. She said they were only for verification, so I trusted her and agreed. Within 3 business days, I called back for confirmation and was told I had been enrolled in a credit repair program instead. Jose, a very rude account manager, refused to help with my debt and denied refunding the $698 I paid, claiming services were provided--which is false.

I only had one thing in my collections, and they tried to convince me that letters of dispute had been sent and that they were still awaiting results. FOUR MONTHS LATER, it's sad and unfortunate to say, but NOT a single item was removed from my credit report. And we had had were, they would been told not to refundbe your money! The customer service wasn't excellent either. You eventually realize that the item from the beginning was not being challenged correctly. Then you get excuses on excuses. "All phone calls are recorded, but they wouldn't go back to the call of the original customer service rep stating the 90-day guarantee." How convenient!!!!
