I was a little skeptical at first, but when my credit score was back up to where it was before the COVID-19 Pandemic within 3 months, he made me a believer! Thanks Clint!!! His prices are the lowest around and he will work with you however he can. He is knowledgeable about all factors of the credit repair buisness. I was a customer for years, but they were never able to even come close to the auto rate offered by Progressive, but then when an Allstate bundle beat what I was paying for auto at Progressive and homeowners through Suzanne Brown / Texan, that made me decide to leave both of them. My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about? Well, the relationship is over now, and I'm glad to have EVERYTHING at one place, where I can look at it one one phone app.

She messaged me right away; I assumed she was concerned about the 1-star rating. She called me several times and texted me saying how sorry she was. I did call her back to kindly let her know I already found another CPA. She convinced me to drop my CPA and went with her instead just to string me along for over 2 weeks with no intention of working on my taxes. She also made accusations about how I switched CPA every year which I have been with the same CPA for over 20 years. She would ask for sensitive documents; I would upload them to the portal within hours. Then I do not hear from her for days. She would text me again days later saying she has questions and would like to schedule a phone/zoom/google meeting. Then I would respond saying I can talk and asked for a time that will work for her. Saturday was one of the options she gave me so I asked if 1pm works for her, she then accuses me of not being reciprocal and weekends are her rest and family time. I will be filing a complaint to the State Board of Accountancy. She is very unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.
