Their facility is exceptionally clean, cheerful, bright and roomy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and extremely hard working... I don't think Olivia or Elisheva ever stop moving. Although all of the staff jumps in where needed, I mostly worked with Elisheva Chamblin, whose experience, ability and expertise helped me to regain mobility - she was able to answer all of my question and concerns, and does her job with skill, kindness, sensitivity and humor. I was so happy to learn that BSR had Haley Stack, a certified "Big" therapist, on staff. I worked with Haley four sessions per week for 4 weeks. Prior to the program I was having trouble lifting my arms shoulder height to blow dry my hair, trouble with buttons, trouble signing my name that could be seen with the naked eye, spells of vertigo and an abnormal gait. Since completing my sessions with Haley I regularly perform my "Big" exercises. I can now blow dry my hair, button shirts, and legibly sign my name. My vertigo and gait have improved quite a bit. I am not 100% my pre-Parkinson's old self but greatly improved. I highly recommend the "Big Program" and the competency of Haley Stack at BSR.

Despite my continued complaints of significant pain, I was told that "it just takes time." Eventually, I sought a second opinion from another physician, who correctly diagnosed my condition and performed surgery. I am now healing and recovering well. Since then, I have spoken with other female patients who reported similar experiences--specifically, feeling that Dr. Hoffman did not listen to their concerns or take their symptoms seriously. I felt it was important to bring this to your attention in the hope that future patients will receive the attentive and thorough care they deserve.

I…read morebegan waiting by my phone at 2:30, and when no one called by 3:15, I called the rude people at your call center. I was told that I did not have an appointment, even though I was looking right at the appointment card. My choices were 1) I could reschedule for two weeks away, or 2) they would inform Manahawkin of the problem and I should expect a return call from them in 48 hours. I explained that this was their mistake, not mine, and I really needed the MRI results because my back is in constant pain. She said that was the bst that she could do - very nasty! So right now I am sitting here with no appointment, waiting for the next 48 hours for a return call. I will never recommend Rothman to anyone.

Scott came to my house for home PT as ORS recommended post op Total knee replacement SX. I knew…read morefrom the moment he started working w me that he knew what he was doing! I've had tons of PT in my past & not all by knowledgeable therapist. After our second visit I asked him if I could continue w him as output therapy ( as I had plans to go elsewhere for the output) & he said sure. They do some "creative billing" here and my co-pay is double what would be if went to that other PT office-- but I liked Scott soo much I was willing to pay to continue w his expertise! Right from the beginning he listened to my needs & medical history. He listened to my body & how it reacted to pain etc. it was one on one therapy for first 5-6wks- then as I was more independent it was more 2:1 ratio but always under his watchful eye. If he wasn't there, Tim looked after me and listened and watched as well! I can't say enough praise for Scott! After only 8 wks after knee Sx I was discharged & now back to riding my bike & walking! This says ALOT about the care I received! Soo very happy I met Scott & used NovaCare as my Rehab center! Can't say enough about their individualized care! Thank you!
