So for that reason, I have always tended to stay clear of it...well, after a second round of dealing with the C-19 virus I found myself battling the long term effects from the virus. My chief complaint was that I was suffering from positional vertigo, migraines and extreme fatigue, which had become almost debilitating. I tried different medications, along with physical therapy, which wasn't helping the situation. After speaking with a friend who had also suffered from some of the same symptoms, he had told me to give the Thompson Chiropractic team a try. My wife was also a patient and swore by them. I felt at this point, I really had nothing to lose, since nothing else seemed to be helping. I can honestly say now, I am 1000% glad I did! Although I am not completely healthy yet, I am definitely on the road to a full recovery. I certainly have more good days than bad anymore, and I would highly recommend using this medical practice to help get you literally straightened out (no pun intended). Along with chiropractic work, I also receive acupuncture and some PT. These things used in combination have helped tremendously. All the staff at the Thompson Healthcare and Sports Medicine Center are outstanding! I am currently being treated by Dr. Michael Sutter, Dr. Semyon Volman and Emily Kulesza...but like I mentioned, all the staff is great and willing to help their patients. So I went back in May because the order was messed up somehow and I had to get re-measured. They told me they would try to expedite my order. Every time I call to find out where shoes are, I am told that I will have them in "about two weeks." This is the WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. Today is August 26, full 6 months and 6 days since this debacle started and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY SHOES.

The Dr. would not simply walk me to another exam room where the equip was and ask any patient waiting there to swap rooms. instead she expected me to wait another probably 90 minutes , maybe more, for ALL her patients to be seen when she already left me waiting One full hour after my apt time I had to wait already. apalling and their practice administrator does nothing, wont return co pay . I paid for something I did not get when all of them knew it was important that I was treated for this along with another issue. rip off, incompetance and disregard for patient in my opinion. I am filing complaint with m edical assoc. that are appropriate, my health insurance plan and anyone else that is appropriate. I feel ripped off and worse, did not get necessary treatment I needed. they dont care in my opinion. receptionist was also a bit snarky to me and not professional saying out loud " WHy did they have her come to this location" where I could hear when she knew my other apt was cancelled by other dr and this was where they had opening. entire place is two thumbs down. Compared to my past…read morechiropractor, I like how Dr. Huang automatically does an X-ray at the office on the spot before you are treated. This way he identifies on what to work on. Every time I come in the open "gym" there is a water heated bed to massage your back, then there is a masseuse to massage your back for approx. 5 mins. You also have power plates which is vibration therapy (can work up to 10 minutes +). Then there is the adjustment bed and neck stretch area. All these things are SO worth it. I recommend giving it a try because you get your monies worth in the end.
