Stay away from this company... You will regret it if you use this service. Keep your current Internet provider. Ripple fiber came out to install my fiber optic Internet. The installer was in a hurry to get to his next call. Therefore with extreme force the installed pulled my TV cable out from under my house so he wouldn't have to take a few more minutes to go to his truck and get a drill to do it properly. I didn't 2 days trouble shooting the issue of not having to service in one of the bedrooms because the installer pulled the cable out from under my house. My TV service provider sent it a new tv set top box as they thought it was bad. After installing the new box it still did not work. Do my TV service provider came out and found that someone pulled the TV cable causing it to not have a connection. After getting that repaired. 3 weeks later they came out to bury the fiber optic line in my yard. Since they done that now my Internet does not work. I called to cancel ripple fiber Internet today. And I'm calling my previous Internet provider to get them back as I have had them for almost 20 years with less issues than I had with ripple fiber in the first month. BEWARE ...
