Kevin of Rip City Barber is my barber of choice in the OC. He's talented, quick, and is a perfectionist. You won't leave this place disappointed. Communicating with him is the easiest thing, as well as the booking (this place is appointment only). You can text him or book an appointment through Instagram (It shows what appointments are available!). He's very informative as well. You won't be sitting in the barber chair in silence, he will engage in delightful conversation with you and answer any questions you may have. He's very, very chill. For your entertainment, there's a large flat screen TV mounted in the top corner so you can watch. If you have something you'd like to watch, ask! What's even better is that it's not a huge barber shop with people waiting and staring at you waiting for your haircut to be over. It's one appointment at a time, just you and the barber (or if you have a friend with you they can sit on the little sofa there). Also, he doesn't only do haircuts. There's other special services available as well! Parking is plentiful. I've been here on the weekdays and the weekends and have had no problem parking at all. Kevin is just awesome, I can't recommend him enough. Appointment only but it's all good cause I don't have to wait in long lines. He takes his time and for someone like me who doesn't know what he wants, Kevin is very transparent and tells you what he's going to do and you come out fresh.
