I dropped the box to them at 11am on a Saturday and had it back that same morning all fixed for less than the cost of a few pizza's! They diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the fried part and gave me tips on getting the machine to run more efficiently. I'll definitely save myself hours of frustration and call these guys next time I have a problem!! Highly efficient and very reasonably priced :)

Last week I got back to Australia, took my laptop into their store, got it back today all fresh and working fine, plus it was less than a third of what the stores in France offered.
