    i went here to get a wax like i've done several times before and they burned me! when i told the…read moretwo ladies one with pink highlights and an older women they proceeded to say it was not them and must have been something i used on my face because their wax "doesn't get hot enough". and "the top of my eyebrow would've been burned too" but inbetween doing the top of my eyebrows to the bottom where it's hurt she was also doing my friends eyelash lift so this would've been the reason the wax got too hot. They then pulled out the consent form and said do i use any of these things and i said no i don't and i said i only use face wash i said cera ve and they said that's why "my skin was ripped off" when i told them it doesn't say i couldn't use it on the consent form and that i've never had a problem before they said it's my face wash not them. if this was the case don't you think the top of my eyebrows would be like the bottom?? and also the last time i used this face wash was last night so it can't be. If you look at this picture you can very obviously tell i was burned and they refuse to take responsibility for it or do anything other than say it was my fault. There is a few great people that work here don't get me wrong, but i'm very disappointed with the outcome of todays visit, and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, not only is my skin burning and hurts to the touch,but this is going to take awhile to heal for what should have been a simple eyebrow wax.

Three weeks ago, I ordered a gift card from their website with the expectation that it would be a straightforward process. I chose the option to have a physical gift card shipped to me in Euless, TX so that I could turn around put it in a gift box and ship it right back to Victoria, TX to a dear friend of mine for her birthday. I am about 5 hours away so it shouldn't take three weeks to receive it, right? The first call was made on Tuesday, November 28th at 4:08p CST to see if there was a tracking number or if I could get an estimate as to when I should expect it. The young lady on the phone ensured me that "all gift cards have been sent out and that there was no way of tracking the package." She also ensured me that I should have it no later than Friday. Afterall, Victoria is only a 5 hour drive, so it did seem promising. After waiting patiently for the gift card to arrive, I called the second time on Friday, December 1st at 10:47a CST (7 days after the purchase). The young lady on the phone ensured me that it would be there at the end-of-day and that if it were not to give them a call back. Unfortunately for me, I had a plane to catch at 1:00p CST and was gone for a week. Saturday, December 9th, I arrived back from my vacation and still have not received this gift card I purchased 15 days/10 business days ago. 3:18p CST, I decided to reach out to them yet again that only added to my frustration. During this particular call I was told that I needed to speak to a manager to address the issue and I left my contact information. The young lady stated "I will text the manager right now". Monday, December 11th, at 11:10a CST I called again to speak to a manager. This young lady stated "This is the first time she is hearing about this and that the manager is in a meeting and will also relay this message to the Manager (Emily) and the owner." I did receive a call at 3:14pm CST, that I missed, and Emily did leave me a voicemail. When I called back 8 minutes later at 3:22pm CST, no one picked up so I left a message for Emily asking her to give me a call back. This place must be so busy and filled with clients because it is Tuesday, December 12th and the time is currently 2:14p CST and I am still waiting for a call back. This experience has been more than just a simple inconvenience; it has soured my perception of them and eroded any trust I had i their customer service. I'm actually glad that this is occurring because this is a projection as to how business is done at this establishment. I share this experience not only as a means of expressing my frustration but also as a cautionary tale for others who may consider engaging with them. The way in which a company handles issues and communicates with its customers is a vital aspect of the overall customer experience, and unfortunately, mines was left much to be desired in that regard.

What I experienced was not just bad service -- it was alarming and unsafe. For context, I keep my nails very basic. I only get a gel manicure, no tips, no designs, nothing fancy. Despite the salon not being busy (about three customers and multiple employees), I waited 10-15 minutes to be seated and another 10-15 minutes before my pedicure began. The salon was steaming hot, and I was sweating the entire time. The pedicure itself was fine, but when I stood up, staff pointed out that my toe had been smudged and laughed among themselves instead of fixing it -- no apology, no attempt to correct it. Then things got much worse. I was sent for my manicure and was never once asked to wash my hands. My nails were painted while nail buff dust was still all over my hands. The tools being used looked worn out and not sterilized, with visible debris and skin still on them -- draw your own conclusions. Within five minutes, the technician cut my finger so badly that I was bleeding all over the table. When I started bleeding, she rolled her eyes and acted as if it were my fault. No apology. No concern. She applied a yellow powder directly to my open cut without explaining what it was, even after I asked. Later, my finger became black and yellow and looked infected, which was honestly terrifying. The manicure itself was awful -- no shaping, polish already fading within days, and product left all over my skin, leaving my fingers stuck together. This was especially upsetting because I had my best friend's wedding the very next day. I checked out bleeding, sweating, and clearly distressed, and was charged $134. I was offered no apology, no explanation, no discount -- nothing. I still tipped 25%, and there was still zero remorse shown. This salon destroyed my 25‑year‑old hand on a Friday morning. What happened here goes far beyond a "bad manicure." Between the lack of basic hygiene, the injury, and the complete lack of professionalism, this place feels genuinely unsafe. In my opinion, it should not be operating in its current state. I will never return, and I strongly caution anyone who cares about cleanliness, safety, or their health.

This place has great energy and they welcomed me soon as I walked in. The red wine was wonderful and the service amazing.
