The owner, or manager, or I'm not sure what she was, but she was SO kind and helpful! She was basically doing everything herself (taking orders, payment, making food) it was very impressive. I got a sandwich (I forget what it was called) but it had cheese, honey, and nuts. The bread and sandwich was delicious! I think the bread made the dish though- it was so yummy! Both were delicious but I think hers was best as it was sweetened with honey. We were the first customers when Mercador opened at 8:30am and it was filling up quickly after that.
